2 hour minimum event length

Events over 3 hours or larger groups will be negotiated individually.

Booking member must have completed host training prior to booking an event.

2 attendees must be trained as a host for events with more than 10 people

20 people maximum per private event unless individually negotiated.

No alcohol, drugs or firearms are permitted on Bay Six Studio Property.

Every individual that enters Bay Six Studio must sign Bay Six Studio waivers, witnessed by the hosting member.

Scheduling members will be fully responsible for the behavior of all of their guests and any damage they may cause.
