  • Entry fee per category is $15
  • If you are entering more than one category, entry fee is $10 per category. Please register by visiting https://www.chestnutridgesewing.com/classes-events-cache/2023/8/19/runway-at-the-ridge-dc6dy 
  • Entries are required to be modeled or walked down the Runway on the day of the event. This is such a fun part of the afternoon as everyone gets to admire your hard work!
  • Each category is defined and judging rubrics are available at https://www.chestnutridgesewing.com/classes-events-cache/2023/8/19/runway-at-the-ridge-dc6dy, and will be emailed to you upon completed payment and registration.
  • We have a panel of judges that are experts in their fields and not employed by Chestnut Ridge Sewing. They are impartial and will be judging based on the rubric provided.
  • Winners will be determined in each category AND the audience will vote to determine the Viewers' Choice. Best of Show is chosen by the judges panel from the first place winners of each category.
- Each category winner will receive 30% off for 1 month at Chestnut Ridge Sewing (winner decides month - some exclusions apply).

- Viewers' Choice receives 1 ticket to Spring Extravaganza 2025

- Best of Show receives 2 tickets to Grande Retreat  ($700 value). If winner already has tickets, a gift card to Chestnut Ridge will be issued. 

  • Each entry will be required to be turned into Chestnut Ridge Sewing on or before August 30, 2024  by 5:00 pm. No exceptions to this deadline will be accommodated. Entries will be available only to our judges in advance of the show. No other parties will be permitted to view them, as they will be kept in a secure and private area until the show. 
  • Each entry submission is required to complete the bio and description form that will be read as the contestant is walking the runway.

In consideration of being accepted to compete by category, I agree to abide by all rules set forth in category rubric available at www.chestnutridgesewing.com and the rules and regulations of those overseeing Runway at the Ridge. I will accept the decision of the judges as final. I further agree that the individuals providing oversight of said event have the right to disqualify me if I fail to comply with said rules. I herby certify that I will personally create my entry. The entry will be my own planning and workmanship.
