Payment​

► Payments are in EUR only.

► Payments are via PayPal only.

► Payment is required before the start of the commission.

► No payment refunds will be made upon starting the commission.

► The client understands that no physical item is associated with any of the commissions.

► Requested changes upon initial approval may result in additional charges.


Copyright

► Emote & Sub badge commissions may not be printed, sold as merchandise or used for any other commercial use outside of their intended purpose (e.g. subscription rewards on Twitch, etc.).

► The artist reserves the rights to publish the artworks on their social media and websites.

► In cases where the commission contains copyrighted content (e.g. from video games / anime / etc.), it falls under discretion of the client. In other words, the artist will not be liable for actions taken against the client due to copyright infringement.

► In cases where the client uses the commissioned artworks anywhere, it must be credited and linked to the artist’s Twitter page (@KortrexArts).

► You are not permitted to claim my artworks as your own and use it for commercial products if no commercial rights were purchased.

► It is allowed to crop my artworks for personal usage, such as profile pictures.


Timeframe

► Commissions may be completed within 1 week – 2 months, depending on their complexity.

► Each commission will receive an ETA upon receiving the payment.

► Start date is dependent on my current workload and schedule.

► The client will be updated on the status of the commission at each stage.


Revision​

► Revision will only be allowed until the sketch is approved.

► After the final stage of the commission, only minor changes can be requested.
