1) A letter of interest addressed to the Executive Director. (This letter should include one paragraph on teaching philosophy, one paragraph on commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and one paragraph on how your proposed course relates to Washington, DC and/or experiential learning in DC). 

2) Course syllabus, proposal, or outline that fits one of our four areas, includes at least one of our Program Learning Outcomes, and includes an experiential learning component. (You may submit one or more course proposals.) 

3) A 2-page CV 

4) Evidence of teaching effectiveness. (This can be teaching evaluations but may also take another form.)
