Liberated Living - Juneteenth Contributor Registration Form
The #LetUsBreathe Collective is thrilled to invite you to partner and collaborate for our annual Juneteenth event! This 1-day event will take place Sunday, June 19th from 1-6p at the #BreathingRoom Space, Gardens & Farm! The event will be free & open to the public, jam-packed with food, community, healing, and arts!
#LetUsBreathe envisions an easeful day where our neighbors, tribe, partners, and collaborators get a deeper sense of resources available on campus, the work we do, and how to plug in. The day will consist of free food & childcare (all-day), vendor fair (1-5p), healing arts & land-based workshops and classes (1-5p) and the official public launch of Liberation Landing (5-6p).
Liberation Landing is a movement building space in Back of the Yards that provides the resources that survivors
of police violence and abolitionists need to heal, thrive, and build our beautiful vision for the world. We provide
community organizing space, co-working space, collectively governed housing, gardens and healing outdoor
space, and cooperative workplaces that create access to meaningful, dignified work.
There are a number of ways in which you can contribute to Liberated Living:
- Volunteer to support with childcare, food preparation & distribution, event set up & clean up
- Table at our event to showcase your org, upcoming summer & fall programming or table as a vendor to sell merchandise or packaged goods
- Offer a land-based or healing arts service, workshop or class (yoga, meditation, reiki, energy healing, massage, nutrition and/or herbal workshop, etc.)
