Pillars of Homeless Service Awards Form
We invite you to nominate individuals who have dedicated 20 or more years to serving people experiencing homelessness. Nominees may come from any level of direct service or leadership—whether they started on the front lines or have become executive leaders—so long as their work has been rooted in the homeless services field.

We’re looking to honor those who have made a long-standing impact within the homelessness response system—not in adjacent fields, but directly through housing, shelter, outreach, case management, coordinated entry, or similar roles. Administrative or support staff (such as finance or HR) whose primary work has not centered on homeless services are not the focus of this recognition.
