(herein after called the lessee) The above-mentioned parties hereto agree to the following: The LESSOR will rent to the LESSEE the number of booths paid for, as requested below for the days of the Trade Show, May 10th 11th and 12th 2018. The LESSEE agrees that their booth with be ATTRACTIVELY displayed by 5:00 P.M. on opening night Thursday, May 10th and will remain intact until closing at 4:00 P.M., Saturday May 12th, 2018.Displays must be removed from the building by the LESSEE after 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 12th, 2018. THE LESSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNSUPERVISED BOOTHS DURING PUBLIC HOURS. THE LESSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR THEFT. The LESSEE agrees to make good to the LESSOR any costs for damage caused or incurred by the LESSEE on the Roy H. Johnson Arena property during the period of this agreement. The LESSEE agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the LESSOR against third party claims arising from the LESSEE use of a booth/table and/or the products/services promoted therein. The LESSOR will provide electrical outlets as indicated on its application for booth rental. If the LESSEE has not indicated electrical needs no electricity will be provided. One (1) electrical outlet is capable of carrying 15 amps to 110 volts. No power bars or overloading. Make sure you have enough outlets to meet your electrical needs. The LESSEE is responsible for bringing extension cords. The LESSEE is responsible for compliance with all municipal, provincial and federal licensing and registration requirements. Failure to do so could result in not accepting your application, or with the health inspector who will most likely be attending the show. The LESSEE will ensure that their booth area is kept neat and tidy at all times. If any trip, slip or other safety hazards are present in their booth area the lessee shall mitigate such hazards in a timely manner. If necessary, the LESSOR reserves the right to cancel the event at any time. If the event is cancelled compensation to the lessee is limited to the return of the entire amount paid. The rental fee is due and payable on the signing of this lease. No refunds are issued unless we overbook the number of booths available, less a 10% administration fee. BOOTHS CANNOT BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE OF PAYMENT.By submitting this form the LESSEE agrees she/he has read this contract and understands that a booth is not guaranteed by the submission of the application and the applicable fee. Submission of payment is in place of a signature.
