Duties include: execution and proper opening/closing of the property for onsite events (including set-up and tear-down activities), assist and support the Facilities Manager with grounds keeping, security and maintenance; knowledge and operation of power equipment and vehicles is essential. Grounds maintenance duties include, but not limited to: plumbing, septic, electrical, building maintenance and repair, cleaning, upkeep and repair of facilities, knowledge and experience that will enable the successful candidate to ensure proper condition of equipment and tools used during daily operations and maintenance checks. Assist in snow removal in preparation for events. Maintain the organization of mechanical spaces, storage rooms, maintenance shops, and any other operational spaces. Other duties as assigned by Facility Manager.
