Biodiversity in the SuperSanctuary: iNaturalist Field Training & Mini BioBlitz
This event was originally scheduled for July 13, but has been POSTPONED to July 14 due to weather.

Join ecologist Nate Marchessault for a hands-on introduction to iNaturalist, an online community science platform for documenting biodiversity. We'll start with group instruction on how to collect and submit natural history observations via the iNaturalist app, then venture out to document as many species as possible along the Eastview and North Pond Trails. Bring a smartphone or tablet with the iNaturalist app already installed, and come prepared for sun and biting insects. Meet at 9 a.m. at the Eastview Trail parking area on Hancock Road in Harrisville. Back by noon.

For more information, contact Nate.
