2022 Cold Mountain Music Vendor Application
Completion of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a CMMF vendor. Vendors will be notified of acceptance by January 15 and then on a rolling basis.
Food, beverage (non-alcohol), and merchandise vendors pay a fee of $300. A $100 deposit is due upon acceptance and the remainder is due in full by May 1, 2022. Fee includes booth/truck space, two festival passes for workers (additional must be purchased), camping, and parking for one vehicle that is not part of the booth/truck.
Beverage (alcohol) vendors pay a fee equal to 50% of sales. Lake Logan will sell drink tokens to be used for alcohol purchase and pay out vendors within one week of the Festival close. Fee includes booth/truck space, four festival passes for workers (additional must be purchased), camping, and parking for one vehicle that is not part of the booth/truck.
For nonprofit vendors, we negotiate rate on a case by case basis depending on the value added to the festival.
