BIPOC INTRO TO ICE CLIMBING
Date: Saturday Feb 24th

Age: Must be at least 18 years old
Time: 7 am - 4 pm please allow sufficient time to park
Fee: $70  (includes rental equipment and guiding fees. Equipment available ice tools, climbing harness, helmet, mountaineering boots, crampons and gloves) 

Organizing team is based in Calgary and Canmore if coming from outside these regions please note you’ll have  to arrange your own transportation to Calgary or Canmore for us to support carpooling.

waitlist will open to other applicants approx. FEB 16th 5:30 PM MST unless otherwise communicated

This is a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Colour) event no previous climbing or ice climbing experience is necessary just bring a stoke for winter sport!

Preference will be given to those who have less experience climbing in order to provide them with the opportunity to try the sport and/or previous participation in Soul of Miistaki. However do not hesitate to apply if you are more advanced (advanced placements will be prioritized by participants who haven't attended Soul of Miistaki events or willingness to mentor newer climbers)
