HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FREE UPGRADE:

1. Enter Your Email Address
2. Fill out the First/Last name of both the referring client and the referred client
3. Fill out the Telephone # of both the referring client and the referred client
4. The Referred Client MUST Call to Book an appointment for their desired service(s) AND inform the PNL Team Member that they were referred**
5. The Referred Client can then request the service upgrade they would like to redeem.
6. The Referring client is eligible for their upgrade once the referred client's appointment is COMPLETE**

** Before redeeming the service upgrade the referring client must inform The PNL Team Member that their referral has booked their service(s) and completed their appointment. **
