Parent Portal Request Form

Use this form to request access to the Fulton Public School District's Parent Portal. The portal allows parents to view information about their child(ren) including, but not limited to, demographic information, attendance history, lunch history, medical visits, term/semester grades, assignment grades, and discipline. Also, you can use the portal to deposit money in your students lunch accounts and perform Online Registration each year.

It is not necessary to request accounts for each parent when only one email account is used.
