Take a Historic Stand against private jet expansion with these signs!
Can you hold a sign (see below) as a bystander at the Concord Parade to generate visibility & exposure to our message among bystanders & the media?
If you’re planning to come to Concord on April 19th, (or if you live there), PLEASE SIGN UP for this action!
Scroll to the bottom of this form to see our historic-oriented “stop private jet expansion” message in the SIGNS we’ll be handing out to you.
7:45am – 8:30am: WE WILL MEET at 91 Main Street, Concord, MA 01742
We'll be meeting in front of the last commercial building in Concord Center on the left as you face the Concord Library.
You’ll know it’s the right building if you see signs for Raveis Real Estate on 1st floor & Save Our Heritage by 2nd floor. See the bottom of the form for a picture of our meeting location.
We’ll hand out signs & directions there.
Note: We will not meet at Emerson Field, which is where the parade starts at 8:30am
Logistically, we’ll be waiting at this location for a few minutes for the parade to reach us, after which we'll follow it.
Since the parade route is long, the plan is for us to “leap frog” small groups of 3-6 sign-carriers along the parade route who will keep apace or a little ahead of the parade to ensure that our message is seen everywhere. Hence, be sure to wear comfortable shoes & clothes & bring your water bottle!
Concord Parade Schedule
- 8:30am: Parade starts at at Emerson Field by Hubbard St. corner
- c. 10am: Parade stops at the Old North Bridge for a ceremony with Gov Healey, Congresswoman Lori Trahan & others

PLAN OUT HOW YOU WILL GET TO CONCORD CENTER & EMERSON FIELD IN ADVANCE, keeping in mind that most roads leading to Concord Center will be closed the night before April 19th.
