We're looking for powerful talks and panels that are entertaining, thought-provoking, and empower our audience in games and beyond. It's our goal and responsibility to create a conference that's inclusive, safe, and represents as many people as possible, especially from traditionally underrepresented communities. for more about the atmosphere we aim to create.
Compensation
: GDoCExpo is accepting talks and panels in the following format. Speakers will be compensated at the following rates depending on talk length:
15-minute Microtalk - $250
30-minute Talk - $500 (to be divided between speakers)
45-minute Panel - $150 (per Panelist, max 4)
Dev Interview - $100 (per Interviewee, max 4)
Timeline
: Please note that this timeline is subject to change.
April 18th: Submissions close at 11:59pm Eastern Time.
May 5th - 27th: Speaker participants confirmed
May - June: Talk/Panel materials due
June - August: Talk, Panels, and Interviews are recorded
September 17th - 19th: Broadcast date
