Sessions are offered twice a month -- and each one will be unique - so feel free to come to them all!
The sessions begin at 2:00 pm and include a 1 hour open recovery-oriented discussion, followed by a mindfulness and yoga session at 3:15 pm that will last approximately 75 minutes until 4:30 pm. There will be a 15 minute bio break between activities.
