Buy-In Party Hosts!
First, thank you for your generosity and willingness to host a buy-in party. Our buy -in parties are one of the most popular items at the spring fling. You can host parties with a group of other families or alone; the cost of the party is your donation to the PTA.  Following form submission, the auction team will reach out to make sure your date doesn’t overlap with other competing things and help you set an admission price. That admission price will be paid by your guests and go directly to the PTA as a part of the fundraiser. Typically, adult parties are $75 -$150 per adult BUT the pricing may vary depending on the scope of the party (cost of alcohol, food, etc).
A few notes:
*please make sure only one host from your group fills out this form.
*please submit at least two date options for your party, dates will be coordinated with the auction chairs.
*lastly, a host you should NOT sign up for your party during the auction. We assume you’ll be there.
