The Coming Together Conference, by Community Healing Centers, welcomes you / your organization as a sponsor of our October 28-29, 2025 event.

By submitting this form you are contractually agreeing to sponsorship of the Coming Together Conference. You agree to pay Community Healing Centers for the level of sponsorship chosen. There is an online pay option and pay by check option -- please choose one.

If you have chosen sponsorship as an exhibitor (Business or Nonprofit) you further agree to be present on conference day, October 28-29th, 2025.
