The Seal of Biliteracy is an award given to graduating seniors who have attained complete proficiency in English and a partner language. The awarded student will have fluency in all four domains of language (reading, writing, speaking and listening, when all exist) of both languages.

Please indicate which test session you are registering for with this application. Students interested in taking a test in more than one language should complete a separate form for each language. Each test session requires an additional registration fee (approximately $25).

Students enrolled in French or Spanish classes that take the STAMP test as a mid-term need to register to earn the Seal of Biliteracy.
