Candidates for this distinction are nominated by their fellow alumni, and the Selection Committee decides amongst these nominees according to strict criteria set up for these purposes regarding leadership, dedication and service.
*Must be living at the time of nomination.*Must have attended CMS for 5 years or more or graduated from the school.*At the time of nomination, must have graduated from CMS 5 years ago or more.*Must be an individual with demonstrated outstanding success in scholarship and distinction in his field.*Must have provided voluntary contributions and service to the community.*Must exemplify positive attitudes about life and uphold principles of morality, ethics and other character skills.*Must have demonstrated leadership and reliability while working with or for others, voluntarily or in their profession. *You cannot nominate yourself. You can nominate more than one alumnus or alumna.*The Selection Committee doesn't select nominee by the number of votes. One nomination is enough for the alum to be taken into consideration.
After the nomination period ends, the candidates are requested to submit their CV’s which are then evaluated by the Selection Committee, composed by the Alumni Association Executive Committee, former alumni chairs, and the actual alumni chair.
