✨Mystique Menagerie✨ Breeder Adoption Application
This form is for current breeders and those wanting to breed. There are additional concerns for breeders that do not apply to pet owners, and we want to cover them separately from the pet adoption applications. We do not recommend those under the age of 18 breed any animal, but in the event that their parent or legal guardian wishes to fully participate in every aspect of the breeding program we ask that they complete this form.

If you are wanting to breed, we understand that some of these questions will be more difficult to answer without research into them. Please answer them honestly & if you’re answer is “I don’t know/understand” we are happy to help. We hope this form will be a starting point for research into any topics you don’t know.

We are always available for questions/concerns.

Thank you!

Do you, or are you prepared to, cull down litter sizes? Outside of culling down litters, what are other reasons for hard culling a rodent?  *
For current breeders, what year did you start breeding and what got you into it? For those wanting to breed, how did you come to the decision to breed? *
