City of Fountain Valley Community Hazard Mitigation Questionnaire
The Fountain Valley Fire Department is updating the City of Fountain Valley’s Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) as mandated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). A current HMP allows the City to reduce the damages and costs associated with disaster response and recovery by implementing pre disaster hazard mitigation strategies.

In keeping with FEMA’s requirement to include the public in the update process, residents are asked to complete this short survey which assesses the community’s level of concern for various hazards. The feedback received by the Fire Department will be reviewed and included in the final plan.
