There have been increasing reports from Health Frontliners about being overworked and not having enough support at their workplace.

Projek #BangsaMalaysia believes that Health Frontliners should get all the help and support they deserve in this very challenging time. POWR also believes that a culture of silence and cover-ups are not helpful in ensuring the long term welfare of our Health Frontliners.

This feedback form is to enable Health Frontliners to ANONYMOUSLY tell their stories about what they are experiencing on the ground.

We believe all Health Frontliners should be able to tell their stories freely, as they should not have to bear their burdens alone, or be denied the help and support they need just to protect the interests of others.

Amidst this COVID-19 crisis, we must protect the Health Frontliners that are protecting us. If we fail to do so, we will face an even bigger crisis.

This project aims to collect accurate data that can be used as testimonies to paint a more accurate picture of what is happening on the front lines.

To help ensure the data is valid, we will provide the OPTIONAL opportunity for respondents to provide information about where they work. Respondents can fill some or none of the details in this category. These details are NOT compulsory, and will NEVER be shared with outside parties without permission.

Laporan berkenaan Frontliner Kesihatan (petugas kesihatan barisan hadapan) yang semakin terbeban dan tidak mendapat sokongan yang mencukupi semakin meningkat kebelakangan ini.

Projek #BangsaMalaysia berpendirian bahawa Frontliner Kesihatan sepatutnya mendapat sokongan sepenuhnya dan secukupnya daripada semua pihak. Justeru itu, situasi sebenar yang dihadapi oleh para Frontliner Kesihatan tidak patut disembunyikan.

Borang ini disediakan untuk memberi Frontliner Kesihatan peluang untuk kongsi pandangan dan pengalaman berkenaan situasi yang mereka hadapi tanpa mendedahkan identiti mereka.

Semua Frontliners Kesihatan sepatutnya diberi kebebasan untuk berkongsi pengalaman mereka, supaya mereka tidak perlu menanggung beban-beban mereka tanpa sokongan secukupnya, hanya demi menjaga kepentingan pihak-pihak lain.

Sekiranya kita gagal melindungi dan menyokong Frontliners Kesihatan secukupnya, Malaysia bakal berhadapan dengan krisis yang jauh lebih parah.

Projek ini bertujuan untuk mengumpul data yang boleh digunakan untuk memastikan gambaran yang lebih tepat berkenaan situasi sebenar boleh dikemukakan.

Demi ketepatan informasi, responden diberi pilihan (TIDAK WAJIB) sama ada untuk memberi maklumat berkenaan jawatan yang disandang dan tempat kerja mereka ataupun tidak. Butir-butir ini TIDAK WAJIB diisi dan langsung TIDAK akan dikongsi dengan pihak-pihak lain tanpa izin.
