Please fill out the form below to indicate that your child will be absent from school. This form should be completed on the day of the absence but no later than five days after the absence. Tardies are defined as student(s) coming to school late at 8:30 am and/or 30 minutes after instruction has began. Seale JH gives tardy slips to prevent the student from being marked absent.
