Summit Denali requires that the specific volunteer driver paperwork be submitted and checked before you can drive other students. Here is the Online Driver Application: https://app.chalkschools.com/link_campaigns/tam-driver-application-form-electronic-form?token=6cd8df1d-3966-4355-bb15-428495edd6fb This form is usually required 1x/school year per driver. Updated copies of the documents below are required after expiration.When you submit your driver form, you also need to submit copies of the following: * Insurance (copy of policy declaration page showing coverage limits and expiration dates, driver policy requires $50K per incident/$100K per person/$50K property minimum insurance coverage) * Drivers License (copy) * Vehicle Registration (copy)
Please note: All volunteer drivers need to fill out the volunteer paperwork each school year.Also, please make sure that none of your documents have expired before you submit them!
