SEND Community Sports and Activities in Thamesmead 2025

Thank you for registering your interest in the SEND sports and activities for d/Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent children and young people and their families taking place in Thamesmead. These sessions are delivered by local community sports clubs in partnership with Access Sport and Peabody Community Foundation.

Please complete all the information below and select which sessions you're interested in attending. You'll then be added to Spond where you can book your sessions. Sessions will be capped to 15 young people per session and are first come first serve. Parents/carers/guardians must stay with your child/children during the sessions as we don't have 1:1 support.

Please note, we use Spond to manage the bookings. Once you have accepted the link to join the group on Spond, your child's name and guardian name will appear on the members list. If you do not wish for this to be seen, please let us now so we can only use your child's first and last initial. Sports are adapted to each young person's needs.

Inclusive Basketball with Jay (5 - 16 years)

Inclusive Zumba with Emma (5 - 16 years)
When: Tuesday 28th October
Time: 11am - 12pm
Where: Waterways Children's Centre, Southwood Road, SE28 8EZ

Inclusive Yoga with Kelly (5 - 16 years)
When: Wednesday 29th October
Time: 4pm - 5pm
Where: Waterways Children's Centre, Southwood Road, SE28 8EZ

Inclusive Multisports with Marlon (5 - 16 years)
When: Thursday 30th October

Time: 3pm - 4pm
Where: Sports Club Thamesmead (studio), Bayliss Avenue, SE28 8NJ
