This agreement between Unicoi County Unites and said member shall be from January 1, 2023 until terminated by a mutual accord.  This agreement will be reevaluated on a yearly basis.  Unicoi County Unites will be held responsible to
1.   Create and follow by-laws and policies.
2.   Collaborate on UCU goals and objectives.
3.   Aid in operations involving activities, programs
4.   Continue to increase new membership of the UCU
5.   Create and collaborate on strategic action plans
6.   Create a credible and relevant sustainability plan which includes volunteer membership and resources, both financial and material
7.   Respect the rights of UCU members to hold their own opinions and beliefs.

1. Be a community leader amongst the represented sector and share our mission and activities.
2. Ensure clear communication between the sector / organization represented and UCU.
3. Act as a positive role model for youth, families, and peers.
4. Support UCU's mission.
5. Attend coalition meetings at least 3 UCU meetings per year.
6. Participate in or support at least 1 event / work group / or subcommittee.
7. Attend 2 UCU sponsored trainings, town hall meetings, and community events
8. Contribute to the strategic planning process.
9. Participate in sustaining the UCU’s capacity, involvement, and energy.
10. Prevent youth substance use through environmental strategies.
