Epistle Submission Form
Use this form to send in items for The Epistle, St. Paul's monthly newsletter.

All items must be submitted by the end of the day on the 15th of the month prior to the issue in which the content will appear. Epistle submissions should be about 250 words or less. Longer submissions may be made by special arrangement. Announcements will be edited for space, layout, and style.

Please note: This form is for Epistle content and does NOT automatically cover items for the Weekly News email. To send an item for the Weekly News, visit stpaulsk.org/community/epistle-weekly-news and click the button for the Weekly News Announcements Form.

Submission & Publication Schedule Reminder
  • Finished articles and all supporting materials (such as photos) must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the Epistle publication date. 
  • Example: Submission due date of Sept. 15 to be published in the edition Oct. 1.
  • Late submissions will be considered for inclusion in the following month's Epistle, as appropriate.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
