欠席・早退・遅刻の届け出について
・幼稚部、日本語部、小学1~4年生：フォーム提出と担任へのメール連絡の両方（低学年の児童生徒の安全のため）
・小５・６、中高部：フォーム提出のみ

Notification Procedures for Absences, Early Departures, and Latenes・
・For students in Kindergarten, Japanese language classes(J1 through J5), and those in 1st to 4th grade of elementary school: Please submit the notification form and also email the teacher. This is to ensure the safety of our younger students.
・For students in 5th and 6th grade of elementary school, as well as middle and high school: Please only submit the notification form.

一度提出された欠席・早退・遅刻の変更はフォームでは行えませんので、変更がある場合は必ず担任の先生にメールでお知らせください。
Once you submit your form, you cannot alter any details regarding absences, early leave, or tardiness. It is essential that you email your homeroom teacher immediately if there are any changes.

試験（SAT・PSAT・PLAN・SSAT・ACT・ISEE・TOEFL・EIKEN 英検など）のために学校を欠席する場合は、受験番号と受験会場も忘れずに記入してください。
If you will be absent from school for an exam (such as the SAT, PSAT, PLAN, SSAT, ACT, ISEE, TOEFL, EIKEN, etc.), you must include your exam number and exam location in your notification.
