NB: The charity trustees may require members to confirm their membership on an annual basis in any reasonable way that they decide and members shall cooperate with the charity trustees in this.

Eligibility to vote and access to the Members Only Facebook group will be derived from the information provided on this form.

Active Member - A charity or not-for-profit organisation that has produced a Pride event within the current or previous calendar year and has registered to vote.

Provisional Member - A charity or not-for-profit organisation that plans to produce a Pride event in the current or following calendar year and has registered to vote.

Associate Member - A for-profit organisation or business that has produced a Pride event and has registered but holds no voting rights.

Affiliate Member - An organisation which does not produce a Pride event but works in other ways to provide support to the LGBTQI+ community.

Your details will be processed within Google Forms and Mailchimp, our mailing list software provider. UKPON will never pass your contact details on to anyone else. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list by contacting membership@ukpon.net and/or use the unsubscribe button on any UKPON newsletters you receive. BUT please be aware you will miss out on all UKPON comms if you do that.
