Festival Angels are absolutely committed to improving the festival experience for all volunteers next year. The best way to do this and ensure that we spend our energies on the things that matter most to you is if we receive honest and constructive feedback and we would welcome any views and comments you have - positive or negative. Although as Angels we do try to promote a culture of being kind and thoughtful, to each other, this is the opportunity for you to be as honest as you can be - only by really understanding our own strengths and weaknesses from your perspective can we improve.
