To make sure we capture our conversation in the best way, here is the best tech set up:

* Wear headphones during the interview (to avoid echos)

* A decent microphone (if possible - even a built-in mic on your headphones would be ok)

* A high-speed internet connection

* A quiet area free from background noise

We will record our conversation using both video & audio, as I find that the conversation flows better when we can see each other.  I'll then use snippets from the video when sharing on social media & share the audio version of the conversation across podcast platforms & my website)
