Facility Maintenance Specialist (FMS)

The Facility Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for carrying out daily activities and responsibilities with The Milliken Family of Brands and Properties. In this role, you will address common maintenance issues across multiple properties, performing repairs and installations. You must be able to address a host of common property issues, such as electrical, plumbing, heating, and more. For this role the Milliken team needs someone who is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to performing the following services and seeing them through to completion. There must be a level of comfort with equipment and tolerance for working in outdoor conditions. This is a year round-full time position.
