IMPORTANT RENTAL NOTES:

Due to capacity, CharacterWorks is not able to accept new rental customers for shows & events produced September 2026 or later. We are still able to rent to returning customers or those affiliated with CharacterWorks families. Thank you for understanding!

We have a $250 minimum rental price for all rentals.

CharacterWorks is only able to rent out costumes, props, and set pieces to groups in and around the central Virginia area. We ask that renters pick up and return pieces from our two warehouses in Richmond, Virginia. An appointment for viewing, pick-up and returns is required (no walk-ins).

Please note that wigs and some specialty headpieces (ex. Lumiere's wig, etc.) are unavailable to rent.
