Surfrider is building a database of cigarette hotspot locations to report to City of San Francisco District Supervisors and Public Works. If possible, we will work with the City to install a buttcan. If not possible, a business or organization can sponsor and maintain the can (learn more:

). All businesses should have a cigarette receptacle to comply with Public Works code (

).
