The PHILIPPINE CULTURAL ARTS FESTIVAL is an intimate family-oriented event focused on cultural heritage and entertainment. It's a day of fun that appeals to the whole family and allows San Diego locals as well as tourists the opportunity to learn about Philippine culture and connect/reconnect with others in the community.  

SFAPAEC is a nonprofit organization. The event is FREE to the public. Funds raised during the festival are used to conduct year-long educational and cultural programs.  Your recognition and support of these programs and activities are greatly appreciated.

SFAPAEC is now accepting applications for NON-FOOD vendors.  The deadline to apply for a booth space (10'x10' or 10'x20') is Monday, August 12, 2024.  Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  If all spaces are filled when your application and payment are received, we will issue you a full refund. 

10% discount applies to vendors who submit their completed application and payment by 5PM PT on July 1, 2024.  At checkout, use code word - SamaFest24
