Wayne Area Agency on Aging Community Survey
The Wayne County Area Agency on Aging is currently conducting a Community Needs Assessment to assist us in developing our 4-year-plan, improving upon our existing services, and developing new services. We’d greatly appreciate it if you could take a few moments to complete this survey. We are looking forward to getting as much feedback as possible.  We will be steaming an online public hearing to further discuss the 2020-2024 Four Year Plan at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 9, 2020.
