IGNITE Career Launch Program - Mentor Survey 2025
IGNITE is excited to partner with you to support girls and gender-diverse alumni on their path toward STEM. This form is to help gather information to pair you with a mentee. 

Mentors can expect:
  • Meeting their mentee for at least 6 sessions.
  • 1 hour each session (recommended).
  • A full 12-week guideline to help lead sessions.
  • Scheduling these sessions between October 20 - January 9.
  • Meeting via video calling -- if the mentee and mentor agree to meet in-person, it must be in a public space.
