Welcome to our Black Mother's/Birthing Body Survey.

Uzazi Village and it's Community Expert Review Board (CERB) members acknowledge that being a Black Birthing Bodied person during the COVID-19 pandemic is a unique experience.  

The CERB created a 10-15 minute survey to capture a snapshot of your birth experience during COVID-19. We will use the responses from the survey to provide crucial information to expecting mothers/birthing bodies and to hold local hospitals and birthing centers in accountability.

Your story is powerful! Our collective stories are our collective truth.
