  • Discounts are only valid for contracts that are signed at least 90 days before the first event date.  
  • Short notice events (less than 2 weeks) will have higher labor rates due to overtime hours
  • Emergency events (less than 48 hour notice) will incur a fee that is paid directly to our employees for making accommodations in their schedule to pull it off.
