Accessibility needs include ethnic/racial, gender identities, socioeconomic, physical ability, emotional, cognitive and are reflected in policies, language, physical spaces, and overall cultural norms and expectations.
Diversity: The practice or quality of authentic and constant involvement of people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders, sexual orientations, physical abilities, etc.
