Please choose from this list of activities to complete your PE distance learning for this week. You must complete at least one activity from each category by Friday. Your goal is to complete 100 minutes of total activity time for the week. Aim to do 20 minutes every day to meet that goal.

Setting goals, planning, and making a schedule for activity are great ways to remain physically fit and healthy throughout your life. Please be sure to take time for movement at home.
