Please review the important information below for The 2026 RussMatt Central Florida Invitational

- Registration Deadline: November 1, 2025

- Registration Fee: $300 one-time non-refundable fee (not a deposit) due within three weeks post-registration. The $300 registration fee covers Varsity, JV, and Freshman teams.

- Rainout Refund Policy: Games not started due to rain will be a credit towards next year at a rate of $100 per game. Practices not started due to weather will be a credit towards next year at the rate of $75 per team. Any game/practice started but not completed due to weather will not be refunded or credit.

- Game/Practice Fees: $250 per team per game, $150 per team per 2-hour practice including field rental and umpire fees due by December 15, 2025. Game/Practice fees are non-refundable unless due to weather policy above.

- Lodging: Teams must book their lodging through a RussMatt preferred lodging partner. Once you complete the registration, we will contact you to set up your lodging. If you book through any other vendor besides the RussMatt approved lodging partner, then you will be subject to the $10 per player/coach per night fee.
