HEIRLOOM is a thoughtfully curated gathering celebrating local food, craftsmanship, creativity, and community.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Westham Island Herb Farm, HEIRLOOM brings together artists, growers, makers, bakers, florists and more for a day that encourages people to slow down, discover and connect.

Inspired by the meaning of an heirloom; 'something cherished and passed from one generation to the next', this event is about celebrating the traditions, skills, stories, and handmade work that continue to enrich our communities.

Our vision is to build HEIRLOOM into an annual tradition that families look forward to each year.

For our inaugural event, we're investing back into our creative community by offering complimentary contributor's space. Rather than charging booth fees, we're choosing to focus on building an exceptional experience together.

HEIRLOOM remains a curated event, and every application is reviewed to ensure a balanced mix of contributors and a cohesive guest experience.

Preference will be given to businesses whose products are handmade, locally produced, thoughtfully sourced, or reflect the values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and community.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
By applying to participate the  agrees to the following terms: 

Eligibility
  • No MLM or cannabis-related businesses (including hemp products).
  • all who are accepted are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable Fraser Health Authorities.
  • Products are all handmade and locally crafted.
Space & Fees
  • Spaces will vary in size and are assigned at the discretion of iMADE.
  • If the event is cancelled due to Provincial Health Orders, contributors will be rescheduled automatically if their schedules allow it.
  • iMADE is not liable for cancellations caused by force majeure, including pandemics, natural disasters, acts of God, war, riots, or other circumstances beyond iMADE’s control.
  • Alcohol contributors can sell 'closed sales' and sample with Fraser Health approval. You must optain a liquor license yourself and serving documents for sampling.
Responsibilities
  • Must provide valid liability insurance, permits, licenses, and Food Safe certification (where applicable).
  • Contributors are responsible for their own sales tax collection, POS systems, signage, floats, and Fraser Health compliance.
  • Contributors must remain open for the full duration of the event and may not depart early.
  • All contributors must fully clean their space. Failure to do so may result in a $500 clean-up fee and possible exclusion from future events.
Promotion & Media Use
  • Promotion yourself and the event is appreciated.
  • iMADE may contact vendors to be interviewed prior to event for content as a feature.
  • iMADE reserves the right to use vendor names, photos, likenesses, and booth images for event marketing.
Conduct & Compliance
  • Vendors must comply with all orders from Fraser Health and government authorities.
  • Harassment, defamation, or slander of iMADE, its owner, staff, or fellow vendors will result in immediate removal, a permanent ban, and possible legal action. Liability & Indemnification
  • Vendors are fully responsible for their products, conduct, and booth setup.
  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless iMADE Agency, iMADE Events, and Dani MacPherson against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation.
  • iMADE is not responsible for lost income, theft, or damages of any kind.
