Nutcracker Audition Form: 2022

December 9-11 and 16-18

Please have your dancer bring a headshot with them. This does not need to be anything fancy, a school photo will be fine. We just need a photo to attach to their audition form. We also need your dancer to bring their participation fee with them. The fee is $250* and needs to be paid by cash or check ONLY. We are unable to process payments on your Studio Director accounts. (*This fee is NOT for gentlemen interested in volunteering their time for our production)
And finally, our production requires parent volunteers. Each family is required to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours to assist in the production of our show. Some examples of volunteering include hanging up posters, assisting with costume fittings, working the merchandise tables at shows and much more. If you are not interested in volunteering at least 4 hours, please also have your dancer bring in a $75 check to cover your volunteer hours.

Your dancer's attendance directly impacts the success of our show. Dancers are allowed one miss between September 10 and December 10. Please list any date that you know your dancer will not be at rehearsal. We will not have rehearsal Saturday, October 8. If your dancer misses more than one rehearsal, you will be responsible for scheduling a private lesson to makeup their rehearsal. The fee for that lesson is $45.
Dancers MUST attend dress rehearsal on Thursday, December 15, and all 5 shows Friday, December 16- Sunday, December 18.

Dancers are given a cast shirt. If you wish to order additional shirts, you will have an opportunity to do so.

I understand that I am committing my dancer to our Nutcracker production. I understand that my dancer will have rehearsal every Saturday for a minimum of 30 minutes beginning September 10 and will continue through show weekend. I understand that my dancer needs to be on time for rehearsal and ready to dance. I understand that my dancer's commitment will have a direct impact on the success of the show.
