Hi Everyone, as a means to better help people coop with having to stay at home over the next couple of weeks, I wanted to put together some online group fitness classes. With that being said it has always been my goal at JKF Fitness & Health to customize and tailor routines to the people and clients that I'm working with. If you have a few minutes, please fill out this brief survey to help me create some online options that you would really enjoy and benefit from.
