Media Accreditation Form - IBSA Blind Football World Grand Prix 2018
平素より、ブラインドサッカーにご厚意を賜り厚く御礼を申し上げます。
この度は、「IBSA ブラインドサッカーワールドグランプリ 2018」の取材をお申し込みくださりありがとうございます。このフォームで取材申請ができない場合は、協会事務局 media@b-soccer.jp までご連絡ください。
締切は2018年3月19日（月）12時までとさせていただきます。

取材の可否はメールにて返信いたします。取材「可能」の返信が届きましたら、メールの案内に従い、ADカードに使用する顔写真のJPEGファイルを添付してご送付ください。

Thank you for your interest in obtaining media accreditation for IBSA Blind Football World Grand Prix in Tokyo from  March 21th to 25th, 2018. If you have any issues with this application form, please contact media@b-soccer.jp . The deadline is at noon, 19th March 2018.

The permission for the media accreditation will be informed by e-mail. When you receive a permission for your media accreditation, please send your portrait photo for AD card in JPEG format as mentioned in the e-mail.


■宿泊施設 / Accommodation
海外からの報道関係者で、宿泊の案内が必要な方は、名鉄観光 koya.fukuda@mwt.co.jp までご相談下さい。
オフィシャルホテルに報道関係者用の部屋はご用意しておりません。また、選手と同じホテルへの宿泊はご遠慮いただいております。

We have no official media hotels for the World Grand Prix. Anyone who needs hotel information will be given counsel by Meitetsu World Travel. Contact koya.fukuda@mwt.co.jp .
We don't hold any rooms for media in our official hotel. We think that media and delegations should stay in different hotels.
