Call for abstracts
Nordiska FORSA & NOUSA symposium Malmö, Sweden 8-10 oktober 2014

FORSA Syd, Sverige tillsammans med Nordiska Organisation för Utbildning i Socialt Arbete inbjuder yrkesverksamma socialarbetare (professionella/icke-professionella), forskare och lärare i högre utbildning för socialt arbete att inkomma med abstract till den Nordiska FORSA & NOUSA symposium "På spaning efter kultur i det sociala arbetet" den 8-10 Oktober 2014 i Malmö.

The Association for Research in Social Work, Southern District, Sweden together with Nordic Association for Schools of Social Work invites Scandinavian social work practitioners , researchers and teachers in higher education to submit abstracts to The Nordic FORSA & NAASW Symposium "In Search of Culture in Social Work" to be held October 8-10, 2014 in Malmö, Sweden.

The aim of the conference is to explore a concept of culture as related to social work, its field practice, higher education and research. The conference provides an opportunity for social work practitioners, social work teachers in higher education and researchers in the Nordic countries to meet in dialogue, facilitating an active exchange of knowledge and experience.

This call invites contributions based on social work practice, theory, empirical research or higher education of social workers where culture, as it can be explained and expressed in social work, can be explored within the frame of the 5 themes listed below. Abstracts of not more than 150 words should be submitted no later than 2014-02-19. Send your abstract to:
