UAJHS ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE:
STEP 1:  Accomplish the UAJHS  APPLICATION FORM
                Please pay the application fee of P300.00
                
                MODES OF PAYMENT (for the Application Fee of P300.00):
                A. UA Cashier - Over the Counter (MWF, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
                    2nd Floor of Ryan Building   
                B. GCash
   
               *APPLICATION FEE IS WAIVED FOR UAGS GRADUATES.

STEP 2:  Submit the Admission Requirements at jhs.guidance@ua.edu.ph

                ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (for non-UAGS)
                a. Scanned/ Clear Copy of Latest Grades
                b. Scanned/ Clear Copy of Good Moral Certificate
                c. Scanned Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
                d. Recent 2x2 ID Picture (White Background with Name Tag)
                e. Copy of the Proof of Payment (Application Fee)

               *FOR INCOMING GRADE 7 FROM UAGS 
                 Please submit the following:
                a. Copy of PSA Birth Certificate 
                b. 2 copies of 2X2 Pictures with Name Tag and a White Background
                    at jhs.guidance@ua.edu.ph .

*For walk-in applicants, get the application form at the UAJHS Guidance Office.

   ** ORIGINAL HARD COPIES of the requirements are to be submitted during the enrollment.

STEP 3:  The result of your application will be sent via email. Take the entrance examination and have the interview on the scheduled date.
For online applicants, submit the hard copies of the requirements on the scheduled date of the entrance examination.
