**If serving prepared Food/Drinks please use the Food/Drink Vending form. You will not be accepted as a general vendor.

**Placement is on a first serve, first confirm basis.** We do not reserve spaces without payment.**

If/when approved you will receive an email to the company email address provided in this application.

NO REFUNDS. This event is rain or shine. If cannot attend payments will be considered a donation to ending
  Cannabis prohibition.

No sharing/subletting of the space. One business per booth.

Pavilion vendors have access to shared power centers for charging essential devices only. You are to stay under 1amp/120watts. Electricity will be monitored to ensure proper use. No Rosin Presses

No power/electricity is available in the field spaces. Generators will NOT be permitted.

Only (1) one car per booth will receive a parking pass.

Vendors are responsible for their employees/staff/children.

A professional sign/banner must be displayed with your business name.

Vendors must be set up and ready to do business by 10am and shall be open for the duration of the festival. No early departures.

Vendors who sell plants, prepackaged food, or other perishables are required to possess a Florida Department of Agriculture license.

All edible products must have proper licensing to sell. Nutritional Facts, serving size, including cannabinoid mg/serving must be printed on the package. NO SAMPLING.

Canopy Tents must be secured/anchored down.

No illegal drugs, or weapons are permitted in the festival grounds.

There is no smoking allowed in the pavilion areas (Fla. Statue 386).

Pets must be leashed, licensed, and friendly. Doggie bags are required.

The State of Florida requires all vendors to have a Florida Sales Tax Certificate issued by the Department of Revenue. All vendors are required to collect and remit sales tax to the Department of Revenue.

Vendors should obtain adequate property liability insurance to cover their property and liability.

All vendors that provide a service on property must possess required liability insurance.

Personal generators will NOT be permitted during the event.

Vendors are fully responsible for the cleanliness of your area before leaving.

As a vendor you agree to be photographed or videotaped for personal or commercial use.

The Florida Cannabis Festival logo and/or artwork, may not be used for resale without signed licensing agreement or authorization from Florida Cannabis Festival and Zick Productions.

Any vendor(s) who do not comply with this festival operational guidelines, violating terms in this contract will be denied selling privileges and be required to leave.

Florida Cannabis Festival/Zick Productions reserves the right to evict or refuse service if deemed necessary.

There will be security guards on-site overnight plus the duration of the festival.

Vendors are to vacate the premises daily by 8pm.

Lost in found will be located at the main gate. Zick Productions Staff members will be available to assist.
